Returns and Exchanges
90 Day Return Policy
Your item must be in its original condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will send your replacement or issue you your refund.
Refunds: May take 3-5 business days to process and may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement. You will be issued a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees, to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If the replacement item is of a higher value, the customer will be charged the difference. If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
If you receive a damaged or defective item: Contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I ship my order back to you?
Returns are made easy!
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.

Do you provide free returns?
We are happy to provide returns and exchanges, but at this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed selected when generating a label.

How long will it take to get my order?
First check your order status located on your account page in our website.
We try and ship all orders within the same day. 24 hours after order is placed Monday – Friday by 2PM. We try our best to ship the same business day but cannot guarantee delivery dates. We provide delivery dates during checkout as a convenience for our customers but are at the mercy of our shipping partners for fulfillment. We will not be held responsible for meeting specific delivery times.

We try to get the best possible price for shipping for our customers from the following carriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide but do not offer discounts for international shipments. All international orders are given the option of standard shipping or express shipping. With standard international shipping, items arrive within 10-20 business days. Express Shipping costs vary on the destination and weight of order. Items shipped express may arrive between 1-3 business days.
What can be done about custom and duty fees?
Litt Industries does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Litt Industries is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the address change.
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses. If you need to make any address changes, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the sooner we can start helping you out with those changes. Litt Industries cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Damaged Goods
Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.
I received a damage item what do I do?
No one likes to open a package to find a damaged product. If you received product(s) you think are damaged, please email as soon as possible at support@littindustries.com. Please provide multiple photos of the damage and your order number.
We ask that you report to our customer service team at support@littindustries.com. The receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.
I received an incorrect item, can you help me?
Of course~ our bad! Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. If you received the wrong product(s), please email us as soon as possible. Please include your order number along with images of the incorrect item. We will correct this issue without any of those return charges as soon as possible.

Six Year Metals Warranty
This Warranty covers sheet metal parts manufactured by Litt Industries for a period of six years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Parts must be registered.
What is covered under our 6 year warranty?
Litt Industries warrants to the Purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the Warranty period. This Warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original Purchaser.
If a defect arises in the Product during the Warranty period, Litt industries will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective Product at no charge to the Purchaser. Litt industries reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts or components in performing warranty repairs or replacements.
What is not covered in your warranty?
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the Product;
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance of the Product;
- Damage caused by modification or alteration of the Product;
- Damage caused by acts of nature, such as lightning, flood, or earthquake;
- Normal wear and tear of the Product.
Its Litt industries obligation under this six year Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective Product, as set forth above.
Limitations of Liability
Litt industries shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.his Warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, the Purchaser must contact Litt industries at support@littindustries.com during the Warranty period. The Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
This Warranty is the only express warranty offered by Litt industries with respect to the Product. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Warranty.
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Warranty is effective as of the date of purchase by the original Purchaser and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, representations, or agreements.
Six Year Electronics Warranty

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a six-year warranty on all electronic devices purchased from us and must be registered.
What is covered under our 6 year warranty?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six years from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective electronic device or component that fails due to manufacturing defects. This Warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original Purchaser.
What is not covered in your warranty?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents, including but not limited to, drops, spills, or water damage. It also does not cover any damage that occurs due to modifications or repairs made by unauthorized service providers.
