We are out of the office on any major or reconized holidays throughout the year.
We try and ship all orders within 48 hours Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We try our best to ship the same business day but cannot guarantee delivery dates. We provide delivery dates during checkout as a convenience for our customers but are at the mercy of our shipping partners for fulfillment. We will not be held responsible for meeting specific delivery times.

Yes, we ship worldwide but do not offer discounts for international shipments. All international orders are given the option of standard shipping or express shipping. With standard international shipping, items arrive within 10-20 business days. Express Shipping costs vary on the destination and weight of order. Items shipped express may arrive between 1-3 business days.
Litt Industries does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Litt Industries is not responsible for any additional fees or custom fees your country imposes on retrieving your package.
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses. If you need to make any address changes, please inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the sooner we can start helping you out with those changes. Litt Industries cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Returns and exchanges
We’re so sorry if our products did not work out for you! We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging and tags attached! We cannot accept returns/exchanges without these!
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We are happy to provide returns and exchanges, but at this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed selected when generating a label.
An RMA form is the Return Authorization form that is automatically created in our system when a return label is generated. This helps us to process your return or exchange in the most efficient way possible! If you choose to generate a prepaid return label through our system, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please keep in mind, all domestic returns must have an RMA form generated.
Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.
We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.
Of course~ our bad! Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. If you received the wrong product(s), please email us as soon as possible. Please include your order number along with images of the packing slip, incorrect item and the barcode of the bag the wrong item came in. We will guide you through the process of correcting this issue without any of those return charges.
No one likes to open a package to find a damaged product. If you received product(s) you think are damaged, please email as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide multiple photos of the damage and your order number. We will guide you through the process of correcting this issue without any extra charges. Damaged items must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
Our SIX Year Warranty
Litt Industries offers a 6 year limited warranty (“Warranty”) on all Products that are registered in the first 90 days of purchase. This Warranty is valid and enforceable only if you purchased a new Product from us or from one of our authorized retailers or resellers in a jurisdiction in which we sell Products and the Product was originally sold to you in its original, sealed packaging. Do not use a Product until you have read the terms of this Warranty.
Which includes (a) damage to the Product or loss of the Product resulting from an accident, theft, improper storage, misuse or abuse, mishandling, neglect, physical or electric modifications. (b) use with an unsuitable product not sold or licensed by Litt Industries, (c) use with inadequate ventilation, (d) use by children under 14, (e) circumvention of our security mechanisms, (f) reverse engineering, (g) defects or damage from viruses or other software problems introduced into the Product, (h) defects or damage caused by unauthorized repairs, and (i) any other use that is not in compliance with the recommendations in this document, our online materials, related documentation, and other user materials made available to you. We presume any cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches) resulted from misuse, abuse, or failure to operate the Product as instructed.
Which includes damage resulting from normal wear and tear and normal depletion of parts (e.g., batteries) unless occurring due to defective workmanship or materials in the hardware of your Product. For example, only batteries that leak or exhibit fully charged capacity below a certain threshold of the actual rated capacity will be considered defective for purposes of this Warranty.
