How many times will a Litt Stik Mini charge my phone?
A Litt Stik Mini will charge your phone one full time when it is completely dead.
One of my items are damaged, what do I do?
Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the defective item.
Do you provide free returns?
I received an incorrect item, how do I get the right one?
Oops! If this happens, we apologize for any inconvenience on receiving the wrong item. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, images of the entire packing slip and the incorrect item. We will get you taken care of!
What is an RA
An RA is a return authorization that helps us to process your return or exchange in the most efficient way possible! Once you submit your return on our RA Form, you will receive an approval or denial email within 48 hours. Returns and exchanges must be sent within 7 days of RA approval. If you return is approved write your order number on the package and send it back to us:

What is your return policy?
We are sorry our product did not work out for you! We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 21 days from the date of your purchase. To start the return process, please go to our RA form with the email used to place the order. You will then receive an email detailing the next steps for the return authorization.Please make sure all items are undamaged and in the original packaging.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can you adjust my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our system does not allow for you to add the discount code to the order and adjust the pricing. If your order has not shipped out, please email us, and we would be happy to cancel the order if it has not shipped out, so you can reorder and use your discount code.
Does my return need to have the original tags and packaging?
Yes, please make sure to keep all the original packaging and tags. Items cannot be returned without these! Thank You for understanding.
Why was my return or exchange denied?
-Signs of misuse
-Item(s) missing pieces
-Signs of wear (dents, scratches, etc)
Where is my refund?
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (3-5 business days depending on your bank). If it has been more than 7 days, please contact us, and we will look into the refund for you!
Why wasn't my shipping fee refunded?
Shipping fees are non-redundable
What can be done about customs and duty fees?
Litt Industries does not impose customs and duty fees. These fees are imposed by your country of residence. We cannot process a refund for any of these fees paid by the customers. If you choose to refuse the package, it will be refunded when it is received back to the warehouse. Please keep in mind, this may take up to 4 weeks.
Can I return an Amazon purchase?
Yes, you can return your Amazon purchase directly through us.
